Cornhole Rules
Cornhole is a very simple game and can be played with 2 or 4 players.
2 Cornhole platforms are layed out approximately 27 feet apart, measuring from the front, or 33 feet apart measuring the distance from hole to hole. Cornhole boards are 2 feet wide by 4 feet tall with a 6 inch hole. 1 player from each team stands at opposite sides of the cornhole board while the other team members follow on the opposite end. Think figure 8. Players alternate shot for shot until all 8 bags have been tossed. The team with the most points from the previous round shoots first on the next turn. This continues until 1 team has reached a total of 21 points.
How are points scored?
Points are scored as such. 1 point for every bag on the board and 3 points for every cornhole bag in the hole. The scoring is cancellation scoring so if team A has 2 on the board and 1 in the hole (5 points) and team B has 3 on the board and 2 in the hole (9 points), team B would be awarded 4 points for round 1.
